The 70-foot Titanium is the first in the 70-foot series. 4 private staterooms and full-size sofa sleeper, as well as a queen air mattress will easily sleep your party of 12. 2 full bathrooms and a full size kitchen meet all the needs your group will require. Enjoy watching the flat screen tv on the leather couch in the air conditioned salon.
Head on up to the top deck and chill out with your friends while you drive from the captains helm. Splash into the water from the slide!

The Dangling Rope Marina is closed indefinitely. Because of this and the lack of fuel mid-lake, the Antelope Point Marina is requesting you not travel more than 35 miles with your houseboat to make sure you have adequate fuel to get back at the end of your trip.
