The 59 foot Discovery XL Class houseboat is a newly remodeled houseboat with all the features of the standard Discovery plus some added extras. This is a great boat to enjoy the beauty of Lake Powell in. The boat holds and sleeps 12 comfortably. It has 2 main staterooms and 2 lower berth rooms, each with double beds. Two sofa sleepers, each with complete bedding, are on the boat as well.It has an upper deck with a lighted shade canopy, lounge chairs, wetbar, mini-fridge, a slide into the water and controls to drive the boat.
A high capacity generator runs central heating and air conditioning, a range and microwave, a 2 door refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender and toaster. It even comes with a DVD/VHS player and monitor. A complete list of amenities is below.
Extra features aboard the XL model include an electric inverter, allowing guests to run appliances without the need to turn on the generator, an onboard fuel pump for smaller boats and personal watercraft, and 2 additional queen mattresses onboard for additional sleeping options.
